Terms of Service & License

Last updated: July 6, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of MidasKit products ("the Product"), including MidasKit Complete and MidasKit Payments, sold by Terravault One LLC ("we", "us", "our") through midaskit.com. By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

The short version: your purchase is a per-developer license to use the full source code in unlimited applications you own — apps you build and ship, commercial or free. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the boilerplate itself. The Product is sold completely as is, with no warranty of any kind — express, implied, or otherwise.

1. What you're buying

MidasKit is a source-code boilerplate delivered as a digital download. Your purchase is a one-time payment for a license to use that source code under the terms below. It is a license, not a transfer of ownership: Terravault One LLC retains all copyright and intellectual property rights in the Product.

2. License grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license for one developer to:

If multiple developers on a team will work directly with the Product's source code, each developer requires their own license.

3. License restrictions

You may not:

The single question that resolves most cases: shipping apps built with MidasKit is always fine; passing on MidasKit itself is not.

4. Delivery

The Product is delivered electronically as a download immediately after purchase. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; their terms also apply to the payment transaction itself.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund if the Product fails to compile on a supported setup as described on the product page. Because this is a source-code product that cannot be "returned," refunds outside that guarantee are at our sole discretion. To request a refund, email support@terravaultone.com with your receipt.

6. No warranty — sold as is

The Product is sold completely "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Terravault One LLC disclaims all warranties of any kind — whether express, implied, implicit, statutory, or otherwise — including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Product will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from us (including documentation, guides, or support responses) creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

In plain English: you are buying source code exactly as it exists today. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating it for your own use — including security, App Store / Google Play policy compliance, and legal compliance for your application. We make no promises about outcomes, revenue, approval by any app store, or fitness for your particular project.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Terravault One LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the Product — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted.

8. Third-party services and dependencies

The Product integrates with third-party services and libraries (including RevenueCat, Stripe, and open-source packages). Those services have their own terms, pricing, and availability, which we do not control and for which we are not responsible. App store policies (Apple App Store, Google Play) change over time; ensuring your application complies with them is solely your responsibility.

9. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you materially breach these Terms (for example, by redistributing the source code). Upon termination you must stop using the Product's source code in new work, though applications you already shipped in compliance with these Terms are unaffected.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future sales. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern your license.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
