This Privacy Policy describes how Terravault One LLC ("we", "us", "our"), the maker of MidasKit, collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit midaskit.com or purchase our products.
The short version: we collect the minimum information needed to deliver what you asked for. We never sell your personal information — including your email address or phone number — to anyone, and we never reuse it for marketing purposes beyond what you explicitly requested. No third-party ad tracking, no data brokers, no list rentals. Ever.
1. Information we collect
- Email address — if you voluntarily submit it (for example, to receive a free guide or product updates you requested), or when you make a purchase (to deliver your download and receipt).
- Purchase information — when you buy a MidasKit product, our payment processor provides us with your name, email address, and order details so we can fulfill your order and provide support. We never see or store your full payment card details.
- Basic technical data — our hosting provider may log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and site operation.
We do not ask for, and do not want, any more than that. If you contact us for support, we'll also have whatever you include in your message.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver products you purchased, including download links, receipts, and license information.
- To send you the specific content you explicitly requested (such as a free guide or launch announcement you signed up for).
- To respond to support requests and honor refunds or upgrades.
- To operate and secure the website.
3. What we will never do with your information

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this business. Each receives only the data required to do its job:
- Payment processing — purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record). Your payment details are handled under Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy.
- Website hosting — this site is served by Cloudflare, which may process standard connection logs to deliver and secure the site.
- Email delivery — if you request content by email, delivery is handled by our email service provider solely to send you what you asked for.
These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
5. Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our checkout and hosting providers may set strictly functional cookies needed for security and for the purchase flow to work.
6. Data retention
We keep purchase records for as long as needed to provide support, honor license terms, and meet legal and tax obligations. If you subscribed to email updates, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
7. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we're legally required to keep, such as tax records for purchases).
